Junior Sales & Marketing Executive
Reporting To: Sales Manager & Sales Director
Salary: Starting Salary in line with National Living Wage (dependant on age), with scope to increase with experience.
Job Type: Office based, Full-time at our Offices in Caerphilly, South Wales
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and focused Junior Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Sales team.
This is an exciting entry-level role and opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in sales and marketing within the golf industry.
The successful candidate will support day-to-day sales operations, assist with order processing through Sage 50 & 200, and provide excellent customer service by responding to trade and distributor enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team with processing orders using Sage 50 & 200.
- Respond promptly and professionally to trade enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Handle incoming sales calls, providing product information and support to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and mailouts.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis.
- Liaise with internal departments (artwork, production, and dispatch) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Help manage and update various platforms and e-commerce portals.
What We Are Looking For
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a proactive approach.
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Basic IT knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Experience with Sage 50 or 200 would advantageous, but training will be provided.
